Warranty Policy
At City Bath Society, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
All City Bath Society baths are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What the warranty covers
This warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects that affect the functionality of the product when used as intended.
If a defect is confirmed, we may offer, at our discretion:
- a repair
- a replacement
- or a refund where a repair or replacement is not possible
What the warranty does not cover
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- General wear and tear
- Over-inflation
- Dragging the bath across rough or hard surfaces
- Improper storage or handling
- Leaving the bath inflated for extended periods outside intended use
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Cosmetic marks that do not affect performance
Patch repair requirement
For minor air leaks or small punctures, customers may be required to attempt a patch repair using the supplied repair kit before a warranty claim can be approved.
Many minor issues can be resolved quickly this way.
How to make a warranty claim
To submit a warranty claim, please email info@citybathsociety.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos or video showing the problem
Our team will review your claim and contact you with next steps.
Assessment & resolution
All warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
City Bath Society reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution once the product has been assessed.
Goodwill support
In some circumstances, and at our discretion, we may offer support outside of the warranty period as a gesture of goodwill. This is not guaranteed and does not form part of the warranty terms.
Important note
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
