If your item isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of placing your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories included.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used items. This includes any signs of use such as water marks, scent, hair, dust, dirt, stains, or damage.
Once your return is received, our warehouse team will inspect the item. If approved, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to your original payment method.

– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
– Items returned after 30 days cannot be accepted

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
To request a cancellation, email info@citybathsociety.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will fall under our standard return policy.
You are covered under our 6 months Warranty Policy
Change of Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are unable to change delivery addresses once an order has been placed.
Failed Delivery & Re-Shipment
If a delivery attempt is missed and the parcel is returned to us, re-shipping fees may apply.
If you choose not to re-ship the order, a refund may be issued minus any shipping costs already incurred.
