City Bath Society: Warranty, Returns & Order Policy

12-Month Warranty

At City Bath Society, we stand behind the quality and functionality of our inflatable baths. Our 12-month limited warranty begins from the date of purhcase and covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

• Seam failures or valve issues that affect proper inflation

• Malfunction of the included electric air pump


What’s Not Covered


The following issues fall outside our warranty coverage:

• Damage caused by dragging, moving, or lifting the bath while inflated or filled with water

• Overinflation or failure to follow provided setup and care instructions

• Punctures from sharp objects or use on unsuitable surfaces

• Damage caused by incorrect storage (e.g. stored while wet, exposed to heat or sun)

• General wear and tear over time

• Incorrect sizing selection. Product measurements are clearly listed; it is the customer’s responsibility to review this information before purchase



Repair First, Then Replace

Each bath includes a yellow repair patch suitable for minor leaks. Before submitting a warranty claim:

1. Attempt repair using the included patch

2. If the issue continues, contact us with visual proof



What We Require for Claims


To assess your claim, please email info@citybathsociety.com with:

• Your order number & proof of purchase

• A short explanation of the issue

• Clear photos or video showing:

• The affected area

• Valve area

• The fully inflated bath (if possible)


Our team will assess and, if eligible, offer one of the following:

• Replacement part

• Full replacement bath

• Discount or store credit (case-by-case basis)


If your bath is outside the warranty period but still within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a goodwill resolution at our discretion.



Returns

• Returns must be unused, in original condition, packaging, and include all components

• Used items cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons, however, this does not apply in cases where the product is found to be damaged or faulty upon arrival, or has a verified manufacturing defect.

• Products must be returned in a box (placing the original box inside another box) to avoid damage in transit

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Refunds are only processed after inspection by our warehouse team

📦 Failed Delivery & Re-shipment

• If an order is returned to us due to non-collection from the post office, customers must cover re-shipment costs

• If a customer chooses not to have the order re-sent, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping cost


Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout to avoid missed deliveries.


 Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled upon request; however, this is not guaranteed. Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and if our team is able to process the request before the item is dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate it.


Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will instead fall under our standard returns policy
